NorthgateArinso recognized as most innovative BPO company of the year

The international ICT Awards 2010 recognized its significant contribution to the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry and awarded it for its innovative euHReka solution, which is at the basis of NorthgateArinso’s platform-based HR BPO solutions.

The ICT Board of Judges received over 80 nominations from many of the world's most prominent BPO organisations and selected NorthgateArinso as a finalist in two categories: Non-Voice Excellence of the Year and Most Innovative BPO company of the Year. The global HR software and services provider won the latter at the ICT Awards on March 25 in Manila, Philippines. 500 leaders of the BPO industry attended the event.
