NorthgateArinso’s euHReka to Deliver Powerful HR Analytics OnDemand Through Integration with SAP® BusinessObjects™ BI Solutions

HR professionals to benefit from enhanced HR analytics and reporting
ORLANDO, FL – May 18, 2010 – NorthgateArinso, a leading HR software and services provider, today announced it has extended its partnership with SAP AG, through which it will offer extensive reporting and analytics capabilities to HR professionals.

The euHReka platform will integrate SAP BusinessObjects™ business intelligence (BI) solutions, enabling more accurate, timely insight into HR data.

euHReka is NorthgateArinso’s HR administration, payroll and talent management solution, based on the SAP ERP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM) solution. As a result of the integration of SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions, the next release will include over 200 HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and will allow HR managers to run standard as well as customized HR reports. Details of the expanded partnership are planned to be announced during the co-located SAPPHIRE® NOW conference being held in Orlando, FL, and Frankfurt, Germany, May 17-19. NorthgateArinso is exhibiting in both locations: booth 3514 in Orlando and booth 807 in Frankfurt.

“HR professionals need access to high-quality data and tools to interpret HR information and manage human resources efficiently and effectively, and that’s why we added extensive reporting and analytics capabilities to our euHReka solution,” said Eric Delafortrie, director of euHReka at NorthgateArinso. “With SAP, we have a strong partner at our side. And integration with SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions complements our HR administration, payroll and talent management platform with extensive analytics services.”

The current reporting solution in euHReka will be enhanced with 200 specific KPIs designed for HR managers, from staff turnover, over completion of annual reviews and competence alignment, to age structure and early retirement. In addition, users will also be able to create their own reporting framework.

HR professionals using the next release of euHReka integrated with SAP BusinessObjects BI solutions will have access to reporting services leveraging software components, including SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise software (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence® and SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius® software) and the SAP NetWeaver® Business Warehouse (SAP NetWeaver BW) component. They will be able to select between three different reporting modules, depending on their needs and the different euHReka delivery models employed:

 

  • euHReka Standard Reporting – A set of reports available from the euHReka workspace user interface. This standard module is available for all three euHReka delivery models via an OnPremise, OnDemand or business process outsourcing (BPO) approach.
  • euHReka Analytics – An optional model using SAP BusinessObjects BI solutionsand SAP NetWeaver BW to provide KPIs and dashboards within the euHReka workspace user interface. This analytics module is available for the euHReka BPO and OnDemand versions only.
  • euHReka Ad Hoc Reporting – An optional model using the GUI of SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence. Customers can create individual KPIs and reports based on their specific needs. This analytics module is available for the euHReka BPO and OnDemand versions only.
