CEO
Mike joined NorthgateArinso in February 2009 as CEO. Having led billion dollar businesses, Mike has extensive experience in areas of global outsourcing and infrastructure services, global BPO strategy and operations and has established a highly successful track record, operating at both a strategic and operational level. Senior appointments Mike has held include VP for Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure at Unisys, where he has worked for the last 4 years. Prior to this role, Mike held senior roles with Synstar and EDS. Mike is used to building and leading strong multi-cultural teams and has previously managed businesses in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. He has lived and worked in South Africa, Germany, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Global Finance Director
Michael trained as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse before leaving to join a client Hoffman La Roche. At Roche he held a number of roles in both the UK and Switzerland as a result of a 2 year international assignment. This involved the financial management of a global co-marketing and manufacturing agreement with a US biotech partner. On returning to London he joined BT where he specialised in M&A and was involved in a number of transactions and restructuring activities. Michael joined NorthgateArinso in January 2005 as the UK Financial Director with responsibility for the finance and legal teams in the HR business covering the UK, Ireland, South Africa and Pro IV in the USA. He was appointed Global Finance Director on 1 May 2010. |
Vice President HR
Joe Kenny joined the team in March 2010 as NorthgateArinso Vice President of HR based out of the UK. In this global position he oversees 35 countries and 8,000 employees. |
President Europe & Latin America
Kobe Verdonck was appointed Executive Regional Director Europe and LatAm in June 2007. In this position he oversees 19 countries and over 2,000 employees. Kobe was appointed regional director for the Nordics & Central Europe in 2006. In this capacity he oversaw operations in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Austria and Switzerland. Kobe started the Swiss and Austrian operations (respectively in 2003 and 2005), which together reached EUR 10 million sales in 2006. Previously he had been managing major integration and outsourcing projects for NorthgateArinso all over Europe and Africa.

Samuel V. “Trey” Campbell joined NorthgateArinso as President, Americas in September, 2009. In this role, Campbell leads all management and operational activities for NorthgateArinso in both North and South America,

President APMEA
Darcy Lalonde joined NorthgateArinso as the President, NorthgateArinso Canada and Singapore in late 2001. Since this time he has been instrumental in expanding the Asia Pacific region to more then 400 employees serving both local and international clients. Darcy was also instrumental in creating the NorthgateArinso Offshore strategy complete with major offshore service centers now in Manila, Philippines and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a full hosting facility based out of Singapore. He leverages his extensive international experience in Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe to continue to grow the operations throughout the APAC region as well as leveraging the unique blended offshore model to NorthgateArinso clients globally. Prior to joining NorthgateArinso, Darcy was a partner with DFI Consulting where he was the Managing Director responsible for operations in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and business throughout Asia Pacific. He was also a co-owner of DPS Consulting, a HCM Consulting boutique based in Vancouver, Canada which NorthgateArinso subsequently acquired in 2002. Previously, Darcy was the Managing Director of ISM-BC Global SAP Services headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Darcy was a founding member of the SAP Practice in 1994 and built this organization to more than 200 employees globally. Darcy not only developed its consulting services but also the SAP TBPO offerings as well as the initial regional expansion into Asia. Prior to focusing on Human Capital Management, Darcy has many years of experience in Strategic and Business Consulting, ERP Finance and Supply Chain systems, EDP Auditing, Network Engineer and has managed many large application development and operational organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Regina, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with more than 20 years of business experience.

VP Strategic Sales
Prior to his role as Global Accounts Executive, Rudy Vandenberghe combined the roles of EVP NorthgateArinso and Regional Executive UK & Central Europe. Rudy has played a crucial role in the NorthgateArinso’s largest outsourcing contracts in recent years. In 2002, Rudy initiated HR Business Consultancy as a new European practice for NorthgateArinso, assuming responsibility for HR Strategic Consulting & International Sales. In this capacity he led large scale HR Transformation studies for major companies. Rudy was the founding partner and first Managing Director of NorthgateArinso in the Netherlands, which was the first foreign subsidiary in 1996. He pioneered the business for major customers such as Shell, Fortis, DSM and the Dutch public sector. In 2000 he assumed the role of Regional Director for the Netherlands and the UK. He installed an organizational growth model which allowed the Dutch operation to grow to 300 people and more than 30 M EUR. Previously Rudy worked at Hessenatie, Integan and Europdata Systems (now Zetes) where he was remarked for his business development results and achievements in Quality Assurance.

VP Consulting
Peter Bouten (1966) currently holds the position of Global VP Consultancy within NorthgateArinso, which he joined early 1999. Since the start of Peter’s career in the late eighties he has been working in the HR and Payroll domain, the latest at IBS (formerly known as Consist) where he held various positions.

President UK & Ireland
Simon Caunce has been with Northgate for 10 years. He initially joined as Sales Manager when the UK human resources division turned over less than 10m pounds. He has achieved the equivalent of true north qualification every year of his Northgate career.

Paul Hutchison is responsible for managing outsourcing delivery and service delivery globally, as well as developing new standards of delivery excellence across the business and regions. This role is significant as it involves the integration of people, processes and technology following NorthgateArinso’s recent acquisition of the HRM division of Convergys. |
