It is a fact that in order to create a great customer experience, you need a good product/service. And more importantly, you need a turned-on workforce. In other words, you need to create a “wow” employee experience – one on one. With about 20% of our workforce in HK being Gen Y and Gen X managers, interesting challenges arise. In this presentation, the speaker will share what CRM experts have learnt that could easily be adapted to the HRM field.
