NorthgateArinso, the global provider of HR systems and services, has appointed two senior executives. Jürgen Seibert will be leading the global sales and marketing teams and Jim Walker will head NorthgateArinso’s business in Australia and New Zealand.
Jürgen Seibert has over 20 years experience in the IT and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. He will focus on business development, sales and marketing, by maximising growth opportunities around the globe, developing and sharing innovation and best practice, and improving sales effectiveness. Seibert joined from his previous role as VP sales of global outsourcing and infrastructure services at Unisys, where he has worked for the last four years. Prior to Unisys, Seibert worked in various sales and management functions for Hewlett-Packard.
“Jürgen’s experience in successfully leading sales organisations to greater effectiveness and winning large strategic deals will be important to achieve our vision of becoming the No.1 global HR services provider,” said Mike Ettling, CEO at NorthgateArinso. “Working within our key markets in the public and corporate sectors, Jürgen will identify new opportunities, help grow relationships with existing customers, and respond to larger bidding opportunities.”
Jim Walker will head NorthgateArinso’s business in Australia and New Zealand, a priority growth market for the company. His appointment comes during an exciting time for NorthgateArinso as it expands its commitment to the Australian market. Jim Walker has over 25 years experience in the finance and technology sector, having previously worked at SAP, KPMG and IBM.
“I’m joining NorthgateArinso at an important time in its growth. I relish the opportunities and challenges ahead as we continue to promote our capabilities for transforming HR services and helping companies to effectively manage talent in the ANZ region,” said Jim Walker. “Our leading position provides an ideal base from which to explore further opportunities to deliver value for our customers, and to help them meet the challenges that they face both now and in the future.”
“The appointments of Jürgen and Jim bring us tremendous strengths; particularly in the form of almost half a century of combined experience in the technology market. NorthgateArinso has the best people in place to develop new business opportunities and deliver our customers and partners superior value,” added Ettling.
