Hyderabad, London - NorthgateArinso (NGA), recognised as a market leader in provision of global HR systems and services, is adding a service center in Hyderabad, India to its global HR service delivery network.
The centre will be officially opened on December 15, 2010, with 141 employees and expand in size over the next 12 months to a capacity of well over 400 employees. With this addition, NorthgateArinso owns 13 global and regional delivery centres and over 35 local delivery centres around the globe, providing customers worldwide with 24/7 HR services. This will take the overall employee strength of all NorthgateArinso’s global service centres to 4,000.
The Hyderabad centre will complement the company’s operations in Mumbai and Kochi. The centre in Hyderabad will provide technical and production support to multiple clients across multiple platforms with a total employee base of more than 500,000. The team in Hyderabad will mainly service NorthgateArinso’s Fortune 500 service clients.
