NorthgateArinso expands its global HR service delivery network

HR service centre in Manila doubles in space

NorthgateArinso, a leading global HR services provider, has expanded its Asia-Pacific Headquarters and global delivery centre in the Philippines to service the growing demand for innovative HR services in this region and worldwide.

In the new business process outsourcing (BPO) centre in Manila 235 employees are offering full human resource servicing and back operations – and there is enough capacity to double the current operations in the country by the end of 2010.

“We’ve increased the capacity to 450 in our current service centre. And this is just the start – with the increasing demand for our innovative HR solutions we plan to grow to between 1,500 and 2,000 employees in Manila over the next five years,” said Mike Ettling, CEO at NorthgateArinso, at the inauguration ceremony of the new BPO centre in Ortigas, Manila.

NorthgateArinso’s global service delivery network consists of nine global and regional delivery centres around the world, which help to deliver HR excellence 24/7 in over 70 geographies and 25 languages. The Manila centre provides near-shore services to all Asia-Pacific-based customers, and is a key offshore location for North America and Europe.

With its expansion, the Philippines HR service centre upgrades the capabilities of the global delivery network and satisfies the growing worldwide demand for outsourcing.
