NorthgateArinso appoints Denis Tournesac to drive HR OnDemand
HR and IT champion to head OnDemand business
NorthgateArinso, the leading global human resources software and services provider, has appointed Denis Tournesac to lead its OnDemand business.
After successfully introducing a standardised HR BPO solution, powered by SAP, NorthgateArinso is now evaluating how it can help HR managers deliver HR services more efficiently through the use of an OnDemand model.
OnDemand HR solutions have the potential of giving HR personnel and managers integrated control and insight into all of their HR processes, from workforce administration to talent management. The ‘pay as you use’ model has already proven popular in areas such as CRM, in part because of the attractive financial model, the fast implementation and fact that the supplier manages the IT back end, including version upgrades.
Formerly executive regional director for Southern Europe and Canada, Tournesac has been selected to investigate the market potential and drive the roll-out of NorthgateArinso’s OnDemand offering around the world. As Executive Vice-President OnDemand, he will report directly to Mike Ettling, CEO at NorthgateArinso.
