euHReka delivers HCM OnDemand

NorthgateArinso, a leading global HR services provider, today announced the availability of euHReka OnDemand, the first Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to be delivered ‘as a service’, based on the SAP® ERP HCM solution. Targeted at large enterprise companies, euHReka OnDemand enables organisations to build a global HR service delivery organisation using the full value of the latest web-enabled HR and Talent Management technology delivered in the service model of their choice.

The Internet-based on-demand delivery model of euHReka offers flexible deployment, improved scalability, a highly intuitive user interface, rapid time to value and a wide range of integration options. euHReka OnDemand complements the well-established on-premise and fully outsourced deployment options for SAP’s HCM solutions with all choices leveraging a common solution platform, enabling customers to design and evolve hybrid delivery models as needed for their unique business requirements.

euHReka OnDemand draws together talent management processes including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, compensation management and learning & development, with HR administrative processes such as personnel administration and organisational management. The solution is available over the Internet, with no hardware or software footprint at the user’s organisation. It uses preconfigured multi-tenant functionality so that every organisation’s information is held in isolation, assuring users of the security and privacy of their data.

Available since the beginning of March, euHReka OnDemand will be brought to market through a pilot programme, which focuses first on SAP Business Suite customers who are looking to on-board HR capabilities in a rapid, on-demand model, as well as SAP ERP HCM customers who have been seeking an on-demand solution delivering the benefits of a fully integrated and global talent management suite that leverages inherent integration to underlying SAP applications.
